It started on tuesday with Zaina calling me from college sounding very stuffed up and well just sick. Omar came home from school that very same day sneezing…..hyper sneezing.  I started sucking on the coldeze immediately.  The topic of the week was decongestion.  Miriam , Mahdi , and I managed to avoid the suds and then Miriam had to go to the football game on friday night.  It was only about 34 degrees.  She refused to wear a hat,gloves,and warm socks.  So when she arrived home we were throwing her in a hot tub of water to defrost her numb feet.  I also told her that she would catch the suds if she got a chill.  So saturday Miriam became sneezy.  Saturday night at our friends the Deng’s house I became sneezy too and sunday is a day in history.  Our eyes are watering. we’re sneezing and wanting for just a little oxygen.  We are sure to be completely recovered by Thanksgiving. We won’t have it any other way.  The preparations are all underway.  More about those later.  You can start looking at the photo album of the Japanese garden.  I haven’t completely finished loading it yet.  So with that said….I’m going to take some Nyquill and say night y’all.
