I always look at Valentine's Day as a week of perpetual baking.I love baking so it isn't a problem. We have the class parties at school which of course needs my grandmother's chocolate drop cookies. We have little O's birthday which requires cupcakes for snack at school, the themed birthday cake, which was Dr. Seuss this year and then comes this moment, a small moment of a lull……..Valentine's Day. In lieu of the box of chocolates we have opted for creating. We are actually taking a Swedish Christmas idea and making it Valentine's Dayish.
