Happy Monday everyone! I hope you had a wonderful weekend with your family and friends. It has been an exceptionally cold spring here in Tennessee. By now my garden is fully planted and the caregiving and plant tending is in high gear. I can't say that I feel badly about our cold temperatures but I am really ready to be in my garden.

Yesterday we saw the sun for the first time in days and eventhough it was a "holiday" I found a few moments of planted bliss. I wasn't the only one who felt a day full of frolicking coming on. Our little kitten Oscar, better known as "Oskar Katten", felt the warmth of his first spring day ever. This is his first time at living life in a spring moment. He kept running after me, jumping at insects, rolling all over the place, but ultimately ending up on top of my feet. It was so fun watching him discover spring.
