Nothing speaks Sunday morning to me more than the Pearl Bakery. The ritual goes something like this:

• Buy the Oregonian (our newspaper)
• Walk to the Pearl bakery.
• Purchase a gibassier and a Latte.
• Sit and read the paper while eating and sipping latte.

I love Sundays! Did I mention they are a sustainable bakery?
