For Japan With Love Part II

Forjapan_copy2

For Japan With Love has raised almost $53,000 US Dollars to provide shelter boxes for earthquake/tsunami victims. Please keep giving to whatever charity you deem suitable.

There are many other individuals doing what they can as well in the most creative way possible. Thought I would share a few of these.

This and That from Japan are donating 15/% of every sale to Save the Children of Japan

Handmade for Japan an auction happening this week on e-bay.

Tokyo Subway Quilt  blog giveaway from Ohfransson for those who make a donation to the American Red Cross.

Are you hosting a giveaway on your blog for Japan? Please leave me a comment and I'll make sure you get listed.

  2. Thanks for showing your support, Valarie! Shelterbox and orgs like them make a big difference to folks staying in temporary shelters – I’ve seen that first hand, while working with other disasters. I have a relief giveaway underway – 24 small tokens of Thanks for those who are contributing to the relief and recovery efforts:

And 2 more: Jo in Japan is organizing a big list of bloggers’ raffles-for-relief, and Kristy at Hopeful Threads has a small list of giveaways, too.
