Would you believe diamonds?

Pipe- cleaners fold in half and twisted down to make a heart. 3 tbsp of borax per 1 cup water.

Boil water, add borax, take off heat, add pipe-cleaner hearts, and let it set over night, to pull out these beauties.

and now we have a beautiful heart ring to place in our fairy garden.

  2. What a great project. My son wants to be a Lapidary when he grows up so we have done many projects to make crystals. Usually they take some time so I really appreciate an immediate result type of crystal making project. I will show him this and let you know!
