  1. How lucky to catch this moment! We have a momma fox in our neighborhood. Last year she helped herself to 4 chickens and a duck. She was just beautiful tho and she needed to feed her pups..so this year the chickens are well hidden from mamma fox.

  5. Ahh you saved the best for last! I loved the photos you shared of the foxes the other day but you were saving this prize for such a ‘moment’ I love it! Have a great weekend (I’m going to ask my husband if I can have a kitten, again).

  6. Such a sweet little kit! What lovely woodland friends share your yard, the gnomes living around your gardens certainly must take extra special care of them and they obviously sense your gentle and wise spirit! xo

  15. Oh, look at that face!! Fantastic. Every morning I spy fox tracks all over our property, but I have yet to see an actual fox. I keep telling my husband I’m going to have my own little stake-out, because I just want to catch a quick glimpse of these beautiful creatures!

  19. It’s so sweet. Last night I was laughing at them all tumbling in my yard. My aunt Lille told my sweet boy that if there is a fox living in your yard and you see it , it means you will be able to see gnomes and fairies. Now he wanders around with his eyes have shut trying to see the “others” of our world. ๐Ÿ˜‰

  23. You know I always called them cubs as well. We live in the Smoky Mountains and a naturalist there corrected me and said they are called kits. They may also be called cubs in Great Britain. You know how are language can shift on either side of the pond. In anycase they are just wonderful. Take care and happy weekend.
