{this moment} –A Friday ritual. A single photo – no words – capturing a moment from the week. A simple, special, extraordinary moment. A moment I want to pause, savor and remember. Happy Walpurgis or Valborg's Day. Have a great weekend.

lol…..yep everything’s fine. The house wasn’t burning or anything. It’s Valborg’s day today. We have huge bonfires in Sweden and we continue to celebrate here in the states with our last day of april bonfire.
Take Care.LikeLike

Very cool! There is a similar christianized holiday in Spain for St. John’s Day in Spain. One of my favorites!

Hope you had a great time – it looks fantastic! Swedish people seem to know how to have sooo much fun – I always loved to spend time with my Swedish best friend at school, there were always parties going on! And her wedding in Malmo was the most amazing day (and night!) Glad Valborg! 😀

Hip hip horray for bonfires!! We had our first one on the first day of spring, and now, well, the kids are wondering: when’s the next one? Maybe tonight. Sounds like a plan!
