Hi everybody. We have finally returned from the great adventure called "Our Vacation". We had a wonderful time with many stories and tales to share. I had a problem that I hadn't anticipated, and that was zero internet connection. The connections were there but my laptop didn't recognize them and hence the lack of blogging. The disconnection left much room for inspiration.
While on Gotland we spent a few weeks on a horse farm called Avonlea. My good blogging friend Amy said, "My girls would do anything to live on such a farm. Take lots of photos."
I promised Amy I would do exactly that. When we got to the farm we were introduced to the baby horse which had been born just a couple months before. His name is Mcquire and he is such a sweet heart.
Along with his brother and sister, Mcquire lives with his mom and the ever alert short haired border collie Clover.
But all Mcquire really wants is to be with his momma. Here's a little version of the "Mcquire hug".
And when mom's had enough love for one day, she just gently walks away, leaving Mcquire to smell the flowers.
It's good to be back and now it's off to see what all of you have been up to over the last three weeks. We will be posting about our adventures over at the LearnSweden blog and here. Be well and we'll see you soon.
