    Glad Midsommar Valarie! I still remember the celebrations I attended in Sweden (Malmo) when I was 11 (longer ago than I like to think!) the colours, the dancing and and joy are still as clear to me today. Thank you for sharing your beautiful pictures and taking me back to that time xxx

    Loved that Rhythm of the Home post, Valarie! Swedish Midsummer has so much in common with Finnish, but it is still so very different and unique. I think we’ll have to make sure we spend midsummer with the Swedish relatives one of these days. All that maypole dancing looks like so much fun!!
